Penwood Apartments has a full time rental agent in the office Monday through Saturday. We do encourage walk-ins, but it is always recommended that you make an appointment if you would like to view an available unit.

If you feel that you would like  immediate information you may also call the rental office Monday through Friday 9:30 - 5:30 and Saturday 9:30 - 2:30 at 603.753.4318. If you can only call when the office is closed you may leave a message with the staff answering the phone 24 hours a day and a rental agent will contact you. All messages will be answered.

The location of the Rental Office is central within the development. It is a red stained building with shake siding and a gambrel roof.
